1. Website Use

  • This website is provided for general information about Willow Woods Forest School.

  • You may use this site to submit enquiries, request bookings, and access general resources about our services.

  • Content on this site, including text, logos, photos, and graphics, is the property of Willow Woods Forest School and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

 

 

2. Session Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to session dates or times due to weather, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible, and alternative dates may be offered.

 

 

3. Payment Terms

 

 

  • Payment is required in advance to secure your child’s place in a Forest School session.

  • Payment details and methods will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

  • We do not currently accept cash on site.

 

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel your booking FOR STAY AND PLAY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cancellations FOR DAY CARE WILL NOT BE REFUDNED BUT WHRE POSSIBLE AN ALT SESSION CAN BE OFFERED AT MANGERS DESCRESSION.

  • In the case of session cancellation by Willow Woods (e.g., due to extreme weather), we will offer an alternative date.

 

 

5. Safety & Supervision

  • All sessions are led by qualified staff who are paediatric first aid trained and experienced in Forest School delivery.

  • Children must be dropped off and collected by a parent, carer, or authorised adult.

  • Parents must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, additional needs, or medication prior to the session.

  • Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn — this includes waterproofs, boots or wellies, and weather-appropriate layers.

6. Behaviour Policy

  • Willow Woods promotes a nurturing, respectful environment.

  • We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves, others, animals, or staff.

  • In such instances, we will work closely with parents/carers to find the best support or resolution.

7. Data & Privacy

  • Any personal information submitted through this website or during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

  • By using our contact form, you agree that we may contact you in response to your enquiry.

8. Animal Welfare

 

 

  • Willow Woods is home to a small number of animals including rabbits, chickens, and goats.

  • All animal interactions are supervised by staff and conducted with safety, respect, and care for both children and animals.

  • Children will be taught how to handle and care for animals appropriately.

 

 

9. Changes to These Terms

 

 

Willow Woods Forest School reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check this page regularly for updates. Continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of any changes.
